We believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. We aim to make therapy as accessible and affordable as possible.
Session Fees
Our standard therapy session rates range from $125 to $160, depending on the therapist and type of service provided.
If cost is a barrier, please reach out. We're committed to helping you get the care you need.
Private Pay Benefits
Some clients prefer to pay out-of-pocket for therapy. Private pay allows for:
- Greater privacy (no insurance diagnosis or record)
- Full control over your therapy goals and session frequency
- Flexibility in approach and length of treatment
As a private pay client, you will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services before your first appointment.

We are in-network with the following providers:
Medicaid (Colorado)
- Colorado Access
- Northeast Health Partners
- Rocky Mountain Health Plans
- Note: not in-network with Colorado Community Health Alliance
We're happy to help verify your benefits and discuss what's covered. We also provide superbills for clients using out-of-network benefits, so you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement depending on your plan. Read our insurance guide to learn more.
